Name:
Naomi Chesed
Occupation:
--
Age:
Twenty
Allies/Axis/Neutral:
Allies
Physical Description:
Naomi is tall, at about 5'8", and slender. She isn't the most curvey of girls but has enough to still look nice. Her hair was long and full, a dark brown that matched her dark brown, nearly black eyes. Her face was once full of light and laughter. She always wore the best dresses that her father would buy her, buying things in
Now, living at a concentration camp, her head is shaved. She is much thinner now, dark circles nearly permanent under her eyes, which look huge on her thinning face. She isn't quite as deteriorated as many of the other people forced to live at the camp, but she's getting there.
Personality:
Since coming to one of the camps in Germany, Naomi has become a shadow of herself. She was once bright and funny. She was very much like her older brother, always joking and teasing, making every situation better in some way. She'd been flirty with the boys she'd see when out with her friends.
She's rather solemn now. She tries, at times, to make jokes and bring some entertainment and happiness to their days filled with hunger, exhaustion and death. She stays quiet most of the time, talking only when she needs to or during the night when the girls are alone in the barracks. She's becoming less and less like herself as time wears on.
History:
Naomi grew up with her two siblings and parents in a nice neighborhood. Her father supported them easily with his job as a doctor. He bought she and her sister just about anything they wanted and she couldn't ask for anything better.
She got through her school years and her father had been insisting her going to university but he soon died and, with Nazi occupation of Germany, she could no longer move on to university.
Things kept getting worse then, one of the boys she'd been closest to was taken away along with his family and her friends started to move or were taken as well. She soon stayed in the house with her sister and mother while Jonas when to work and brought home food for them.
It was one of these days that the soldiers broke into their house. She and her sister had been playing with her father's chess board when they stormed in. They were ordered to gather just a few possessions and hand over their jewelry. They were taken from the house and packed into the back of a truck with many other Jews that lived on their street.
A bumpy ride brought them to the train station, where all their possessions they'd gathered earlier were taken from them and they were forced into a train car. Packed inside, the trip was long to the camp where they were let out into the cold night. And so her life began in one of the torture camps.
